I enjoy having the opportunity to work with such an optimistic and positive group of individuals!
Why Sileo Tech?
Working at Sileo Tech has given me the opportunity to learn new skills and strengthen the ones I already have. Some of the techniques I have learned are suitable for both work and outside of work.
Sileo Tech prides itself on having a team-like atmosphere. Although we all specialize in a variety of different things, there’s never a time where someone isn’t willing to offer assistance. Being a team means having the ability to not only work together, but also having the ability to learn and grow from each other along the way.
What are you passionate about?
I am passionate about helping others and learning new things. Education is something that is very important to me.
Outside of work I am passionate about cooking and family. I enjoy going to food festivals for the adventure of trying new foods, as well as learning new ways to cook. In addition to that, I love attending concerts. I love everything about music, and being able to hear and see live performances fills me with joy!
Describe your work experience and/or educational background.
I previously worked in the educational field as an administrative assistant in the Anthropology, Political and Behavioral Science departments at California State University Dominguez Hills for four years. Working in these departments is where I learned many office and managerial skills. I also have two years of experience working in the social services field as a residential monitor at transitional housing facility for the homeless.
I graduated from California State University Dominguez Hills in 2016 and received my Bachelors of Science degree in Sociology. I am currently taking courses at El Camino College, working toward receiving my Child Development Associate certification so that I can teach and work with children of all ages.
