Why Sileo Tech?

Sileo Tech creates professional and personal relationships with clients, forming trust and giving the client someone they can depend on. With our high level of teamwork, at Sileo Tech we display competency that clients will have faith in. I appreciate working for a company that always has the client’s best interests in mind while maintaining a positive relationship.

The team is amazing; no one is ever alone. There are always interactions with one another and everyone wants you to succeed. Everyone treats one another as family and truly cares about each other’s well-being — whether it’s about work or their personal lives. This creates a fun, yet professional atmosphere, where we can put our game face on and then sometimes unwind with a couple of jokes.

What are you passionate about?

I enjoy communicating with others by trying to understand who they are as a person. Every person has a story, a background, and I want to try to familiarize myself with them so that a relationship can be created. I feel like if I can understand a person’s history, I can get along with anyone. My goal is to create lasting relationships with clients that are both professional and casual.

While I’m not working, I enjoy playing video games. Even when business communication stops, I end up communicating with friends through voice channels, whether it’s how to make strategic plays or a decision on a best end goal. When I’m not playing video games, I enjoy playing musical instruments. I know how to play the guitar and am slowly teaching myself the keyboard.

Describe your work experience and/or educational background.

I have previously worked at Fry’s Electronics, a retail electronics company, for two years. I started as a cashier and worked up, going to a hybrid role of an audit supervisor and customer service supervisor. I was also a temporary audit manager. While I was progressing, I became heavily detail-oriented and learned vital skills for each role such as time and money management, auditing, and leadership skills. I am attending El Camino College with an interest in business, specifically accounting.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column][/vc_column][/vc_row]
